Use once or twice a week, as needed. Gently massage onto clean, damp skin. Pay special attention to rougher areas such as the elbows, knees and feet. Rinse.

Wet or dry rub

Scrubbed dry on my arms and washed away with water with a finish of smooth and silky. It completely lifted the dead cells. Then I tried it in the shower and it was incredibly easy to apply and wash off. Smells fantastic and I feel great!
