When I bought this product Kiehl's retinol micro-dose serum, no one told me that my skin would be irritated. As a result of a few times of product applying I have an allergy on my skin. And it's quite painful. So, I don't recommend you this product, because a healthy product can't have such a meaningful side effects.

there's better out there at this price point

I was in the market for an 'active' to use (i generally rotate thru retinols and acids) and chose this one over others because at the time there was a great sale. I used it for months without any benefit. I wouldn't say it made my skin worse, but I didn't make it all the way through the bottle before I was just kind of over it and switched back to my tried and true products and it wasn't long before my skin was looking better overall. In terms of Retinol - I've gotten better results from Sunday Riley's A+ and Mara face oil.

Gets the job done!

This is a good product that gets the job done! Easy on the skin. I use it at night with moisturizer. Thumbs up!!

I really like this serum. Before I tried this, I didn’t use any retinol. I saw a YouTube video talking about how to start retinols- first 2 weeks, use twice a week- next 2 weeks use 3x- then mon-fri for 2 weeks- then use everyday. This is supposed to minimize any skin reactions from the retinol. This method worked great for me. I use it everyday now and I’m so impressed with how hydrated and smooth my skin has gotten. Before this I used mainly oils on my skin and my skin was SO dry. Like insanely. Using this serum has fixed that. I can get out of the shower and put nothing on my face and it doesn’t feel dry. It actually feels hydrated with nothing on! This has been a great beginner retinol and I will be purchasing again.

Got a sample of this and I’m glad I didn’t buy the full size. I had high hopes to try but it made me break out and the smell was pretty gross. Honestly I had better results from the Cerave retinol serum and it’s a fraction of the cost

Nice retinol

I have normal to dry skin and have been using this retinol every few days at night to supplement my skincare routine. Two pumps of product is sufficient for ensuring coverage of my face. So far im satisfied with this product. The texture is lightweight and doesn’t have a strong odor. I haven’t experienced any sort of redness or acne which is a plus. I have been using this for two months consistently. Only time will tell if this product is really the best retinol!

I use this every night and my skin is glowing in the morning love it I’ll be buying this again!!

I used this for a year and saw no results. I’ll be trying the Murad retinol next as I’ve been hearing great things about it.
