RISE MASCARA

At first I kinda liked the dryness of the formula, but then it started to flake after one hour of wear and left tiny crumbs under my eyes. And not just a few. They were everywhere…

So dry and clumpy - disappointing

Very dry, clumpy, flakes off. Made my eyes super irritated. Just didn’t curl lift or define the lashes and felt almost empty/old? Save your money and try another.

I was hopeful when I saw this on the shelf and picked it up but something seemed off when I first opened it and applied it, the mascara was not coming out of the tube as expected, it seemed all dried up inside like it was an old product that evaporated all the moisture from the inside. I still tried to apply it and applied it with Rare Beauty mascara and it works I guess. Not sure if I got a faulty batch but it seems there are numerous other reviews that mention the dryness as well so I don’t really know what to make of that.

I liked the sample of this mascara but I ordered it and it was so dry it wouldn’t even stick to my lashes. I got replacement for this first one and it was the same.

great mascara, but packaging isn’t the best

the mascara itself is great! it’s very lengthening and stays on for a while. it doesn’t feel too bad on my eyelashes either! but, it’s a little clumpy, and the packaging isn’t great. the wand takes out a lot of product and it makes a bit of a mess. other than that, it’s amazing! I’m

it’s clumpy and i have natural long lashes and it does not add any length to it.it just looks like spider lashes i would not recommend

Don’t recommend. First of all, the packaging sucks. It is so messy and you’re wasting so much product when you’re putting it back into the tube. The formula is also super dry and clumpy. It was hard to even put one layer on my lashes. This mascara was fine after layering it with other products, but there was nothing special.

Soo Goood

Sooooo goood!! Gives good lift and I paired it with the Caliray High water and High Hell mascara!

Sadly Disappointed

I was very disappointed in this mascara by Milk. I was surprised, because Milk’s Kush mascara is one of the best I have ever used. This mascara was dry, and clumpy when coming out of the tube, and looked terrible on. Flakes off throughout the day as well.

This product was clumping and was hard to apply and was dry and personally was a waste of my money.

Flakey and Smudgey

This mascara looks so pretty when first applied, but throughout the day I’ve found I get constant flakes and smudges under my eyes and my lashes continue to fall… fall… fall. I have oily lids for refrence.

This one wasn’t for me!

I wanted to love this. I tried 2 different sample bottles. Both flaked and smeared upon application. Both bottles melted off easily at the touch of water, and it stung my eyes quite a bit. The spoolie was too large for the bottle with the sample, and there was not enough product to even fully cover it. It could have dried up - times as well, and in the rain and stung my eyes badly The spoolie size was large for the bottle, and there was not enough product to even cover it properly to cover more than one coat. and it melted off and stung my eyes so badly when it rained
