Why change the formula ?

I loved multi active cream gel and this was discontinued then I went back to multi active cream all skin types as my skin liked this .It felt thicker and caused break outs .Please bring back cream gel and stop changing the formulas .

Great cream

A great moisturiser and I will keep using it, however, not sure if the formula has changed recently as it now stings my eyes if it gets close to them. Not an insurmountable problem and still a great cream, but definately didn’t use to do that.

Why did you change this product

I have used the Clarins SPF 15+ multi active jour for years and am always complimented on my smooth skin. Why did you change to the greasy jar formula? No longer the convenient pump action bottle (-1), no longer light and perfect under make-up (-2), no longer allergy free and makes my eyes go red and water constantly (-2). I can't give you any stars... this product is sadly now a disaster!

Used for years-changed formula and now unsuitable

I have used the Clarins moisturizers (day and night) for several years and no issue whatsoever. Purchased a new jar of both day and night and the new formula is horrendous for sensitive skin - nice but strong fragrance, burns my skin and makes skin around eyes very sore and cheeks very red. Really disappointed.
