The Lip Liner - Waterproof lip liner with brush

Useless

The liner is excellent and easy to apply. HOWEVER after using four times it needed sharpening. It is not like a pencil made of wood, but the outer is plastic. I queried with customer service and they said it could be sharpened with a pencil sharpener, so I tried but the plastic just cracked and broke off in chunks and I could not get a point, so the liner remains blunt and unusable

Not mauve on me....

Good quality pencil...however, on me the Natural Mauve goes orange. Not what I bought it for. This is close to Pillow Talk for me. Warm, orangey, nude, not cool and mauve. Another waste of my money on poorly described/shown colors.

Perfect Natural Color

Love love love this color! It is perfect for an everyday natural look and it glides on smoothly. It also stays put pretty well. Definitely see myself purchasing this again once my first stick runs out

Best lip liner on the market. The most beautiful natural colors, waterproof, built in blending brush. One of the only liners I will buy. I did see a comment about needing to carefully sharpen this or else it will be ruined. You just need to use a sharpener designed for makeup, not pencils. Givenchy has a great one.

Caveat - this is an outstanding lip liner IF AND ONLY IF you sharpen it verrrrry carefully. It’s very soft and prone to becoming a complete disaster if you don’t treat it kindly, gently. As far as application, it’s the best I’ve used. Applies smoothly, like butter. No pulling. The brush is nice to blend a little. Natural Mauve matches my lip color so I use it to give my middle aged lips a distinct line, brush to soften, then burts bees for an everyday natural look.

Amazing lipliner

This lip liner is really good. Glides on well, and does not feel dry at all. It stays on pretty well even after eating and drinking. Totally recommend having them. Wish they came out in many more shades.

Reformulated Product -- not the same

WARNING -- Lancome reformulated this formerly great product, and the Sephora website has not been updated to reflect that you will be getting something called "Le Lip Liner" instead of "Le Lipstique" and it is NOT the same. I ordered my usual Mauve and it's now a totally different color -- much lighter. Also, the liner now really drags where it used to go on easily. This is going back and I will search for a new NON Lancome product.

I love this color of lip liner. It's like your lips but a little brighter for my skin tone. It's really creamy like and doesn't feel like you have anything on your skin. I don't see any purpose for the lip brush though. It's hard and doesn't do anything.
