How I realized I had to return this

I've been wanting to try this forever and finally bought it at sale price. First of all, READ carefully on whether you are getting the BALM or SCRUB. Second of all, the watermelon scent reminds me of something from childhood and not in a pleasant way. Third, the texture pills on my lips... So far, I agree with the other reviews that this product is waxy in a weird way. I thought I could deal with it but soon, I found myself dreading applying a layer of this on and I purposely avoid it whenever I need to apply lip balm.

Don’t recommend

I only received the lip scrub. The scrub wasn’t very good, it’s probably better to just rub some sugar and honey on your lips. Customer service was good, received a refund.

Game changer

This is amazing! I usually use lip scrubs sometimes ,because I forgot😂 but being able to take this on the go and use it when I need it is a game changer. And it works so well! My lips have NEVER felt softer and I’ve used a lot of different scrubs. This even makes my lips look plumper and I love it 🥰

Do not recommend

I don’t really like this product. It smells like cardboard and not like roses like i expected. I though it would be like a scrub like it said but it’s just a balm. I do not recommend this product.
