Iced Out - Powder Highlighter

This product is like putting sheer diamonds on your face. There is nothing subtle about it. Go easy if it’s your first one on the face. I think it would look really pretty on the collar bone too. If diamonds on the skin is your thing….Then this is for you.

Not for me

I really wanted to like this but it is patchy and does not look good on my skin maybe that is just me but i was hoping for more because of the price.

The Iced Out powder highlight looks like an icy silver in the pan, but it is actually a soft golden champagne, with a subtle rosy shift. The powder sort of melts into the skin to leave a largely translucent wet-look gleam behind, with a hint of colour. ABH says that the shade is universal. When I look straight-on into a mirror I can't see anything, but when I turn my head the powder catches the light and flashes. A perfect highlighter - it's not just sitting there as a strip of colour on skin ala Adam Ant, instead managing to be both subtle and eyecatching at the same time. When I apply my makeup in the morning I'll sometimes use a setting spray, but sometimes I won't, and I've found that the highlighter will last until I'm ready to remove my makeup in the evening no matter if I use one or not. I've found that some ABH highlighters I've owned pinpoint any unevenness on my skin, but Iced Out has been buttery smooth and glides over any unevenness.

Holy Grail Highlighter

This is my FAVORITE highlighter. It adds the perfect amount of gold to your skin. I feel ethereal when I wear it. The compact is super nice and expensive feeling and has a mirror inside.

My favorite powder highlighter! White and gold shimmer. Lots of product - wish they had a mini version. Love the mirror inside as well! Can layer to add more pigment!

First of all the packaging really sets off the whole product very elegant simple look I love how soft and beautifully this applies on my skin never leaving that dry flaky look you usually get from a powdered highlighter!

Will Last You Forever

This is so beautifully icy that a tiny bit goes a long way. I don’t believe in makeup expiration dates so unless it starts growing something, I’m going to have this for years to come!

Very pretty but not highly pigmented.

I love everything about this highlighter except the intensity of the pigment. Usually her shades are exceptionally rich but this one not so much. While I do recognize that not everyone wants to glow in the dark like me, this isn’t even buildable. I’m very fair complected so that might be a factor in how it looks on me.

Yes it’s pricey but it’s worth it, soooo beautiful
