It gives what I need it to give!!!

I have completely white non-pigmented hair. I have used other purple shampoos, but none of them fully brighten my hair like the Drybar and now use it exclusively for a year now. I also, love the light fragrance too.

Brass Be Gone

My favorite purple shampoo!! I have colored hair and this really makes my blonde pieces beautiful & not brassy. I use this about twice a week and use a more hydrating shampoo on the other days - it’s a great combo that’s been working for me

Best purple shampoo out there

I like this stuff a lot! It maintains my frizzy, color-treated blonde hair and doesn't dry it out. I've found purple shampoos can be pretty drying, but not this one. I don't love the scent (it's a bit perfume-y), but I can deal with it for the formula.

Fantastic Shampoo but poor packaging

Great shampoo, I absolutely love it. I have received so many compliments on my hair since I started using it. My only complaint is about the lids. I keep my bottles in an upright position and these caps constantly leak. I have purple shampoo all down my shower wall from these bottles. Such a waste.

Works well

Overall, I like that I notice how well it keeps my blonde highlights from turning brassy. However, after rinsing it out, it makes my hair really tangle-y and hard to run my fingers through. Because it works well, I don't have to use it often so it does last me awhile. I do have thick, long and wavy hair so it might be a better formula for thinner hair.

I absolutely love this shampoo and how my hair looks and feels after using it... literally so many complements. my only complaint, the cap. It constantly leaks which just wastes an expensive product.

After a year long quarantine and some experimentation of coloring my hair at home that started to look a bit orange, my stylist is working hard to get my blonde back and recommended this shampoo/conditioner. And I am a convert - I love this shampoo! It makes my blonde hair look sleek and shiny and gets rid of the brassiness. I love the smell, too.

Soft and gentle; subtle brightening

Gentle on my highlighted hair. Works well although not super brightening. My hair is undeniably soft after using.

Barely Works

I have bleached blonde hair and after using it four times, I haven’t seen a noticeable difference in my hair. My Kristen Ess drugstore purple shampoo does more for me than this one does. I even tried not following the directions of letting it sit in my hair for a couple of minutes and it still made no difference. It maybe prevents my hair from being brassy, but makes no difference it getting the brass out.
